Can't make your appointment?

At Gentle Dental Care our dentists can be booked weeks in advance. This requires tight scheduling to avoid long waits for our patients. Barring emergencies our dentists try to keep closely to their schedules.

We operate a courtesy reminder scheme to make sure you don't forget your appointment and to ensure these schedules are maintained. If you call us 24 hours prior to your appointment to let us know you can’t make it we can re-arrange these schedules.

If you fail to appear for a confirmed appointment (or don't give us 24 hours notice of cancellation) we reluctantly charge a $100 cancellation fee.

We are open extended hours, 7 days a week so if you need to re-schedule we are often able to help.
